For customized or made-to-order products, processing may take a little longer because beautiful things can’t be rushed ♡

Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within:

  • sales

  • unexpected courier delays

  • weather conditions (because main character weather exists)

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999

  • A standard shipping fee may apply on lower-value orders

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can stalk your parcel in peace ✨

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate while placing the order.

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address

  • unavailable recipient

  • failed delivery attempts

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
