Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All tags and packaging should be intact

The item should not show any signs of use, damage, or wear
Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
After we receive the returned product, it will go through a quick quality check. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable too
Exchanges
Need a different piece instead? We’ve got you.
Exchanges are possible depending on product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll help you with store credit or an alternate option.
Approved exchange will be delivered within 7-10 days
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (major plot twist energy), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with:
